Re-named as Xavier Institute of Management (XIM) in 1971 with a focus on developing supervisory and management skills for working executives.
Xavier’s Institute of Management and Research (XIMR) was established in 2006 as a successor to the erstwhile XIM to provide managers with a global prospective, in line with the requirements of a fast changing business environment. It began with offering the two year, full time MMS programme of the University of Mumbai. XIMR has the DNA of the Society of Jesuits, who work tirelessly for “the Greater Glory of God.”

Achievements:
XIMR has attracted many new corporate such as HUL Ltd this year and the student-led placement cell will continue to work to get prominent corporations to campus. We expect our CAS and CIVS to provide a platform for international placements in the near future, and are in discussions with leading multinational corporations in this regard.
